The bachelor course of studies (partial degree) “Land Management” offers a broad range of topics in the fields of spatial planning, rural and urban land policy and land tenure, municipal and land development, land-use- and real estate management as well as land valuation. Questions of sustainable development and current international developments are always considered. One main goal of this study course is to enable students not only to work with specialized professional knowledge and methodology but also to get to know practical work experience and the “problems of the real world”. Moreover emphasis is put on imparting competences like social, methodological and rhetorical skills, team work and competences in media.
