Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering is a joint master degree run by Technische Universitaet Muenchen (TUM) and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU). The course is designed to provide an in-depth knowledge in aeronautical and space design as well as research to create swifter, safer, economical, and more sustainable aircrafts and spacecrafts. Strong technical modules and essential non-technical topics are covered. The course is held in Singapore and administered by the German Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Singapore.Work as engineers, research officers in employers like EADS, Rolls-Royce, Eurocopter, Nordam, Pratt & Whitney, Hamilton-Sundstrand, Goodrich, DSO/DSTA, RSAF, ST Aerospace, Honeywell, TOS, GE Aviation, CAAS and others.
Programme Structure and Duration
The Master of Science in Industrial Chemistry is a full time intensive programme that runs over 18 months. Students will complete 1 business and technical English module, 10 technical modules, 3 cross-discipline modules in semester 1 and 2. The technical modules consist of 4 core modules (+practical) and 3 elective modules under chosen specialization, and 3 elective modules. Each technical module has 45 contact hours. After coursework period, students are required to complete 2 months internship and a 6 months master thesis to be carried out for the full semester 3.
