Documentation Study contributions and fees
Following the amendment to the Bavarian Higher Education Act (BayHschG) dated 18 May 2006 (in force since 1 June 2006), student fees in Bavaria will be charged according to Section 71 in conjunction with Section 101 Para. 1 of the Bavarian Higher Education Act (BayHschG) as from the Summer Term 2007.
Please refer to the TUM tuition regulation of 19.07.2006 as amended by the 2nd amendment to the tuition regulation of 1 April 2010 for details of compulsory tuition fees, eligibility for legal exemption and applications for waiving fees, payment dates, consequences of non-payment and what the fees are used for.
