The Service Point is the point of contact for students with handicaps or those suffering from a chronic illness whenever queries or problems arise either before, during or towards the end of the course. Send us an e-mail, give us a call or make an appointment to come along for a consultation.

How to find the Service Point :

Enter the Technische Universität via the main entrance in Arcisstraße 21. Go straight through the atrium and one set of double glass doors. In the stairwell proceed straight ahead through another set of double glass doors. An electrically operated glass door on the left-hand side leads to the Information Office of the Student-Service-Centre where the Service Point is located.


Directions for wheelchair users:

A special entrance for the physically handicapped is located adjacent to the car park, on the right of the main entrance to the Technische Universität in Arcisstraße 21 (follow the signs). Take the lift to the ground floor of the main building and keep to the left. Turn right behind the double glass doors and proceed straight ahead at the next set of double glass doors. On the left-hand side, you will see an electrically operated glass door leading to the Student Service Centre Information Office, where the Service Point is located.
