Certificates
Certificates that have been obtained at TUM
- The admissions office of the TUM issues certified copies only of grade reports and certificates that have been obtained at TUM. In order to be certified, they have to be presented in the original.
- For certification a fee is charged. It amounts to 5 € per copy.
- Three certificates of the grade report are free of charge, if it has been obtainded at TUM 2007 or later.
Certificates that have been obtained outside the TUM
- Certified copies of grade reports and certificates that have been obtained outside the TUM have to have made by a public authority, embassy, notary or (in case of translation) by a sworn interpreter.
- We accept certified copies from foreign countries.
- Certificates in English and French don't have to be translated.
- The certificate has to be sealed.

BfA-certificate
- "BfA"-certificates for presentation at German federal pension fund are issued upon request during the entire course of studies.
- Please use the following form: form for statutory pension fund
