Welcome!

TUM offers all of its students, applicants, employees and alumni the opportunity to actively participate in the improvement of our university. Share your ideas for improvement or register complaints and problems you have encountered at TUM, here, using our online form. We welcome feedback of every kind!

First steps:

If you have experienced difficulties finding a place to voice your concerns, we would like to make you aware of the advisory services of your academic department. Department advisors can often not only offer immediate assistance and uncomplicated solutions to your problem, but have specialist knowledge of individual programs of study: http://portal.mytum.de/studium/studiengaenge/fachberatung

What happens after I fill out the feedback form?

Our feedback management team, together with the relevant academic department, will discuss your feedback and agree on a course of action. We will, then, inform you if and how your ideas for improvement will be implemented or your concerns addressed. Our qualified staff will respond to every submission.
