Documentation elecTUM's strategy
elecTUM comprises the integration of eLearning at the TUM as part of the strategy to enhance university education. The strategy therefore focuses on the following aspects:
- Allocating an efficient, flexible and adaptable learning platform and its central operation.
- Providing professional support for the development of new eLearning contents and their integration in training and learning processes through competent advice and appropriate training and further education offers.
- Integrating eLearning contents into study and examination regulations of the different departments.
- Creating incentives for creating and using eLearning contents.
- Integrating eLearning into a permanent user and course management.
- Developing and implementing a concept for eLearning in in-house further education and human resources development.
- Opening the eLearning infrastructure for external scientific education and further education.
- Developing concepts for the marketing of eLearning contents.
