The TUM Graduate School

The TUM Graduate School is an innovative approach to German doctoral education, living up to highest of international standards. Apart from extending the portfolio of excellent academic qualifications offered by TUM, it also underpins our interdisciplinary and international orientation. By doing so, it not only rises up to the increasingly complex research challenges of today but also reflects the changing trends in the labor markets.

Through a wide range of interdisciplinary advanced training courses and general services, the TUM Graduate School and its Graduate Centers encourage networking amongst doctoral candidates. Besides the obvious benefits for the doctoral candidates, the TUM Graduate School also serves to integrate the faculties more cohesively into international networks whilst simultaneously generating extra revenue for the postgraduate training programs.
