If you complete and submit the form below, we will be happy to send you details for available accommodation on the private market as soon as we have found something suitable for you.

Please bear the following points in mind:

• You should submit your enquiry at least 3 months before the start of your proposed stay. If you wait any longer with your enquiry, there is no guarantee that we will be able to find any accommodation to suit oyur needs.
• Due to the large number of enquiries we receive and the difficult situation on the housing market, we can only recommend 1 flat/room to you, based approximately on the number of proposed occupants, your designated place of research (Munich, Garching, Weihenstephan), the length of your stay and your overall budget.
• Regarding the size of the flat/room and the rental price the offer will always be in accordance to the conditions described under "Worth knowing in advance".
• We regret that we are unable to take any special requests into account unless there are any special circumstances that justify making an exception, such as a disability etc.
• It may not be possible to avoid the need to move to another flat/room during your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this service does not release you from your duty to look for accommodation yourself and should only be regarded as a kind of emergency service. It is ultimately your responsibility to find suitable accommodation for yourself.
