Can I send off the online application before I have my school-leaving certificate?

If you have not yet received your final certificate for university entrance qualification and have not entered your grades, there is little point in submitting your online application.
Create an applicant account and prepare all information as much as you can, then enter the missing information as soon as possible and send off the application.
