What is a consecutive master's?
- A consecutive master's can be taken directly after gaining a bachelor's degree. The consecutive master's is thus distinct from the advanced master's, which requires several years of professional experience.
- Generally speaking, it is possible to take a master's in the same subject area or a different area, though the choice of subject area will depend on the bachelor's degree gained.
- Example: With a degree in Mechanical Engineering the following non-consecutive postgraduate courses can be completed: Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Renewable Resources, Robotics | Cognition | Intelligence, etc.
