I can't upload a new photograph for the online application. What should I do?


  • If you would like to change your application photo (as long as you haven't yet submitted your application), you can upload a new photo at the appropriate point in the application process. You will not need to save the new photo. The existing photo will be replaced by the new photo on the preview page.
  • If you still have trouble uploading a new photo, this likely means that the Registrar's Office (Immatrikulationsamt) already has a photo on file for you (for example, if you've already submitted your application or if you already have a StudentCard with your photo on it). In this case, please send the new photo by email to: studium@tum.de.
