My photo does not appear as "ok" in the document checklist, what should I do?
- If your photo does not appear as "ok" or you are unable to upload it, send in a normal passport photograph with your application. Please be sure to write your full name and date of birth on the back.
- Your picture will then be scanned in by our staff and will appear in your user account as "ok".
- If your photograph appears as "missing", this will not affect the success of your application.
