I can't continue my online application, what is the problem?



Did you receive the following message? "Information: If you are unable to create an application, this may be due to one of the following reasons: ..."
The problem is most probably the following:
  • You are already registered at TU München as an applicant, student, staff member or alumnus. Please use your existing user account (including any previously created applicant account). If you are no longer familiar with your access data, please contact it-support@tum.de.
  • Under no circumstances should you create an additional account in TUMonline, since this only leads to complications!
  • If you have this or any other problem, please contact it-support@tum.de giving your first name, last name, date of birth and an exact description of the problem.
