What is a PIN-Code? How Can I Use it?
A PIN-Code is a one time password. After you entered your PIN-Code and further personal information it allows you to create a new password for your account.
Employees and guests obtain a PIN-Code from their responsible user administrator or from the IT Service Desk.
Students obtain a PIN-Code from beim IT Service Desk.
You can redeem the PIN-Code in TUMonline (http://campus.tum.de). Click on the key symbol in the upper right corner and navigate further over the links labelled "Enter your PIN-Code here" (German "Geben Sie hier Ihren PIN-Code ein") below of Username and Password. These Links differ depending whether you have obtained a PIN-Code for students, employees/guests or alumni. Following these links you are requested to enter your PIN-Code and further personal data. After that you can define a new password for your account.
