Why Do I Get a Second Account? I Already Have One!
Every member of TUM should have only one account. Sometimes a second account is issued automatically due to typing errors. Please help us to avoid this.
If you suspect that you have been handed out a second account despite the fact that you already have one, please contact IT Service Desk. We will find out what to do.
Please do not use the second account until Service Desk comes back to you.
