How Can I Find My User Administrator (Benutzerverwalter)?
If you have forgotten your password, your user administrator can generate a PIN-Code for you.
To find your user administrator ("Benutzerverwalter") you navigate in the organisational tree of TUMonline (on the left side) to "your" organisational unit. In the lower middle of the screen below the heading "Ressources" (German: "Ressourcen") you will find a link "Roles" (German: "Funktionen"). Follow this link. Under the heading "user administrator" (German: "Benutzerverwalter") you will find your user administrator. If this role is not (yet) owned by a person in your organiational unit, follow the organisational tree on the left side up one level and follow again the link "Roles".
Since you have to be logged in to perform this search, you have to ask a colleague or the IT Service Desk to find out this information for you.
