My TUMonline-Account Has Been Blocked. What is the Reason?


For security reasons the passwords are valid for one year only and must be changed regularly.

One month before expiration you will be remembered to change your password when you login to TUMonline. Please do not ignore this reminder. If you do not change your password, your account will be blocked.

In this case you get an according message from TUMonline.

Pleas go to your user administrator or to the IT Service Desk to get a PIN-Code to set a new password.
